attentive staff convenient access
Checking in felt effortless as the staff was so attentive. The room had an easy access to shops and I found it very convenient.
The lift lacked a button for the ground floor, and I had to walk down a flight of stairs.

I found the room very clean and tidy. The building itself had a lovely appearance, a real treat. The bed was comfortable (I slept really well). There was also a good selection of tea and coffee in the room.
The window did rattle a bit when the wind picked up.

There were several good food spots close by. I noticed multiple options for different tastes. I saw Italian restaurants, burger bars, and fish and chips shops all within easy walking distance from the premises.

awesome stay!
clean room helpful staff quick resolution
i arrived and my initially assigned room was not ready , but the staff quickly gave me another one , very nice. the new room was clean with everything i needed! i found the staff to be really friendly and super helpful , which i really appreciated.
i found negotiating for extra pillows a bit of a hassle , especially needing more for a multi-day stay.

balcony room delight
lovely rooms equipped balcony plug sockets
I found the rooms lovely with a well-equipped balcony, it had everything i needed inside. lots of plug sockets were available, a beautiful layout. i will definitely stay again. It offered good value.
i had issues with a staff member who walked into my room without knocking after just a half-hour of my arrival. my tv remote didn't work, so i requested a new one, the staff entered again without knocking. there was no switch to turn down the heating.

The beautiful double room included stairs leading up to the bed, i found this very cute. the room had big windows. It. sheets seemed very clean, the pillows and duvet seemed high quality.
