I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with comfortable rooms and a great location. However, the service was disappointing with rude and unhelpful staff members. The dining experience was average, but the facilities were good.
The hotel is in a really good area, close to Notts city centre. The rooms were spacious and modern with a kitchenette. The staff members were really rude and sarcastic, making the service quite disappointing. The location is convenient for exploring the city, but the area seemed a bit rough. The dining experience was enjoyable with included breakfast. The price was reasonable, but the overall value for money could be better.
I found the hotel to have cramped rooms, but with a nice bath and balconies. Unfortunately, the bed was not made properly.
